The standard plans are available in all 50 US states. Plans are all-inclusive with no separate membership fee and no insurance required, and the standard plans have no per-dose escalation. Cora Health does not prescribe medication — licensed providers at Wasef Health, PC make all prescribing decisions. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not therapeutically equivalent to FDA-approved branded products like Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, or Zepbound®.
Cora Health is a telehealth platform that connects you with licensed healthcare providers. Complete a brief online health questionnaire, and a board-certified provider reviews your profile. If appropriate, your provider creates a personalized wellness plan that is prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy and shipped to your door. You'll have ongoing support throughout your journey.
Your provider decides; your current dose is not guaranteed. If you already take a GLP-1, have a photo of your prescription or your vial or pen label and the date and amount of your last dose ready when you start. Brand-name and compounded doses are not interchangeable, and there is no dose conversion between them; your provider determines the right dose based on your history. Standard GLP-1 plans start at $99/month on the annual Essential Plan (compounded semaglutide) and $135/month on the annual Premium Plan (compounded tirzepatide). Pricing includes your provider consultation, personalized plan, pharmacy fulfillment, free shipping, and ongoing provider support. On the standard plans, the full price ladder is $99–$175/month for compounded semaglutide (Essential) and $135–$225/month for compounded tirzepatide (Premium), with longer commitments earning lower per-month rates; microdose plans are priced separately.

Each partner pharmacy prepares patient-specific compounded medication under a prescription from a licensed provider. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
